Groton, Mass. — Lawrence Academy’s Max Meier ’19 (a Stanford commit from Belmont) pitched a complete game no-hitter in an impressive April 17 outing, which featured 11 K’s and only three walks in a 7-0 win over Independent School League (ISL) rival St. Mark’s School (Southboro).
“I think from the beginning of the game I could tell I was going to be on,” said Meier of the win. “All four of my pitches were working really well, which is always good.

“Max continues to progress extremely well since our spring trip to Florida,” said Margraf, recently lauded as one of the most influential people in New England Baseball.
